Direct Sourcing offers a no-risk solution with minimal disruption to your business.

You stay in control by detailing the precise technical and commercial specifications required. We then use our knowledge of the supply markets and supply chain to source on your behalf. We make our recommendations to you, support their implementation if required and proceed to establish the ongoing relationship between you and the supplier.

This process has the benefit of delivering a savings programme without the need to increase resources or overheads. We also guarantee that your existing levels of quality and service from your suppliers are retained. In most instances our process and sourcing skills actually serve to improve upon them.

Throughout our programme, we work as your business partner. We do not accept financial rewards of any kind from the suppliers we negotiate with on your behalf. We can take our fee as a percentage of the savings we deliver to you and then not until you have benefited from the savings, thereby ensuring that our work is self-funding and always cash-positive.
