Enabled Sourcing - in detail

ADR will work alongside the nominated Strategic Purchasing Team with responsibility for sourcing and supplier management for each spend category.
ADR will carry out much of the research and analysis off-site and the planning, review and strategy development meetings will be on-site ADR will draft and present the strategy document for approval before implementation

The quality of skills transfer will be determined by the availability of clients personnel to work with us. ADR will use senior consultants with the appropriate depth of expertise of the enabled sourcing process
