This provider of mortgage, life assurance, pensions and investment advice has its Head Office in the West Midlands. The client did not have its own purchasing resource and engaged ADR Sourcing to review two areas of overhaed expenditure.

Using Best Practice purchasing methods, ADR Sourcing negotiated and implemented on behalf of the client two Service Agreements, which resulted in significant cost-savings, organisational rationalisation and a further improvements to both quality and service levels.
