Background
This major housebuilder's national structure comprises nine regional offices plus a Head Office. The regional offices are autonomus profit centres and have local authority for materials specifications and purchasing. Consequently purchasing activity is disparate and inefficient.

ADR Sourcing Activity
ADR Sourcing worked with the client to identify areas of opportunity. Using Best Practice purchasing methods, ADR Sourcing negotiated and implemented on behalf of the client a number of National Service Agreements, which resulted in significant cost-savings, organisational rationalisation and a further improvements to both quality and service levels.
